“Agreement” refers to these Terms & Conditions and any incorporated policies or documents.
“Client” or “Traveler” means any person booking travel services through WanderWise LLC.
“Group Leader” is the designated person responsible for coordinating a group booking.
“Supplier” includes any third-party provider (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators).
“Booking” means any confirmed travel arrangement made through WanderWise.
“Travel Professional Fee” is the non-refundable fee for our planning services.
“Force Majeure” includes events outside our control, such as natural disasters, war, pandemics, or supplier insolvency.
By confirming your booking—whether via electronic signature, deposit, or written communication—you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
You acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and accept all provisions herein.
At WanderWise, we design seamless, meaningful travel experiences grounded in transparency, respect, and personalized care. Your trust and satisfaction are the heart of every journey we create.
WanderWise provides:
Custom itinerary design
Supplier negotiation and booking
Real-time support (text, call, WhatsApp, Signal)
Visa, entry requirement, and travel protection guidance
Excluded services (unless agreed in writing):
Airport transfers not arranged by WanderWise
Baggage fees, passport/visa application costs
Ground-only services booked independently
Payable via Venmo to @Amanda-Cahill-25:
$125 for two initial quotes (e.g., all-inclusive, cruise, tour)
$200 for one tailor-made itinerary (e.g., small-group travel)
These fees cover time and expertise and do not apply to the final trip cost.
Unless otherwise stated:
Deposit: 25% due upon booking
Interim: 50% due 90 days before departure
Final Balance: 25% due 60 days before departure
Credit/debit card (Visa, MC, Amex) – 4% surcharge may apply

All changes are subject to Supplier terms and WanderWise service fees. We will advocate for favorable terms but cannot guarantee them.
Planning fees are non-refundable. All trip payments are subject to Supplier terms. We are not responsible for denied refunds or unused services.
You agree not to initiate chargebacks. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 30 days of invoice delivery.
If a chargeback is filed, you agree to reimburse all associated fees, legal costs, and recovery expenses.
We act solely as your agent in arranging travel services. We are not responsible for the performance or failure of any Supplier. Claims must be directed to the Supplier.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance (e.g., Allianz). WanderWise is not an insurer and cannot guarantee any insurance claims.
Travel involves inherent risks. By booking, you assume full responsibility for your safety, decisions, and compliance with entry protocols.
You are responsible for:
Valid passports (6+ months past return)
Required visas or ETAs
COVID-19 documentation, vaccinations, and testing
SHERPA and official government guidance for the most up-to-date travel requirements
We will provide:
A dedicated group coordinator
Clear payment/cancellation schedules
Group communication and updates
You are responsible for:
Sharing itinerary and payment details with all participants
Ensuring each traveler submits accurate information
Group participants’ adherence to these Terms
Clients must:
Treat WanderWise staff, Suppliers, and fellow travelers with courtesy and respect
Follow all Supplier rules and local laws
Harassment, abusive behavior, or non-compliance may result in service termination without refund.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is capped at the total amount you paid to WanderWise for the affected services.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for any claims, penalties, or losses resulting from:
Your failure to comply with regulations or Supplier terms
Misconduct or negligence
Submission of inaccurate or incomplete information
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond their control. Obligations are suspended during the event.
We will make reasonable efforts to offer alternatives or credits where possible.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and protect your personal data.
By booking, you consent to our sharing your information with Suppliers and necessary authorities to fulfill your travel arrangements.
All content, itineraries, and materials provided by WanderWise are proprietary. You may not reproduce or use them without written consent.
Unless opted out in writing, you grant WanderWise permission to use photos, testimonials, and your first name for marketing purposes.
All disputes shall be resolved first through mediation, then through binding arbitration under the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules in Columbia County, NY.
This Agreement is governed by New York State law. The prevailing party in any dispute may recover reasonable legal fees and costs.
Minors must have signed parental consent. Parents are responsible for ensuring minors meet all travel documentation and entry requirements.

Service-related communications (e.g., cancellations, itinerary questions) may be made by email or phone.
Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' written notice.
If any part of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the rest remains enforceable.
This Agreement, including incorporated policies, constitutes the full understanding between you and WanderWise.
We review these Terms annually and may update them as needed.
Material changes will be emailed and posted on our website.
Continued use of WanderWise services after such notice constitutes acceptance.
